DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF FIRE TENTS AND FIRE CURTAINS

Specialized in the creation of fire curtains and fire-resistant barriers, Eurosafe Italia provides cutting-edge solutions that can be customized to meet different application and usage needs.


Fire curtains, in particular, represent a passive system that allows the creation of both small and large compartments in order to comply with EU directives regarding fire loads in buildings.


Fire curtains and fire-resistant barriers can be applied in any context, and their installation simply requires fixing them to walls, floors, and fire-resistant surfaces, with the exception of escape routes, where, being automatic devices, they are prohibited by law.


The fire barriers are also equipped with a Fail Safe Gravity system, designed to ensure proper operation in the presence of an alarm or in the event of an electrical fault, such as damage to the control unit or a power outage lasting more than 6 hours.

OPERATION OF FIRE CURTAINS AND AWNINGS

The fire curtains and fire-resistant barriers produced by Eurosafe Italia, specialists based in Bologna in the development of next-generation fire protection systems, are housed within a galvanized steel containment box. When activated, they descend at a controlled speed within side guides, which prevent flapping and the passage of flames and smoke.


The system is also equipped with a control unit that acts as an interface between the curtain and the fire detection system installed in the building. If no fire detection system is present, the fire curtain supplied by Eurosafe Italia comes complete with ORS smoke detectors.

CONTROL UNIT

Control unit designed to send an activation signal to the motor in the event of a fire, triggering the descent of the curtain.

The system’s flexibility allows on-site programming of control parameters and coordination of the tubular operators of smoke and heat barriers.
